Warranty Policy
At LIGHTINLED, we are committed to delivering high-quality LED display products. Our warranty policy ensures that our clients receive the best possible support and service.
Free Maintenance Service: LIGHTINLED provides free maintenance for any quality-related issues within the warranty period.
Replacement Parts: In the event of a power supply or receiving card failure within the first year, we will provide replacements at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs: During the warranty period, we will cover the cost of shipping for replacement parts.
Post-Warranty Period: After the warranty expires, LIGHTINLED is no longer responsible for shipping fees but will offer competitive pricing for maintenance services.
Exceptions to Warranty Coverage
LIGHTINLED will not assume responsibility for the following situations:
- Unauthorized disassembly or repairs.
- Malfunctions resulting from misuse or improper handling.
- Problems occurring outside the warranty period.
- Damaged or voided serial number seals.
Warranty Exclusions
We will not provide warranty coverage for:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence by the user.
- Damage from natural disasters such as fire, floods, earthquakes, etc.
- Malfunctions resulting from unauthorized disassembly, improper testing, or similar misuse.
- Physical damage to the enclosure or internal components due to improper use.
Warranty Period
The warranty period will begin two months after the contract is signed.
After-Sales Technical Support Costs
For on-site installation and maintenance assistance, LIGHTINLED can send an engineer to support you. However, the client is responsible for all costs related to after-sales technical service, including but not limited to visa fees, transportation, accommodation, meals, and other expenses.
Additionally, the client will be responsible for arranging the engineer’s visa and travel logistics.
